Online Diary Study - FTTP Broadband - CD2060

Criteria: People who are looking to install FTTP broadband. There will be a pre-installation call, followed by a diary study which will involve taking pictures of the installation and finally a post-installation call.
Session Dates: Dependent on installation dates
Type of Session: Diary study and 2 x calls for 30 minutes and 40 minutes
Length of Session: 30 minutes for pre-call, Approx 1 hour for diary and 40 minutes for post-ca
Location: Online study
Incentive: ££300 paid by Bank transfer
